1. Introduction
Welcome to Hexbit Powered by Lemon! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hexbit platform, including all related websites, mobile applications, and services provided by Hexbit ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using Hexbit, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
To use Hexbit’s services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction.
Not be located in or a resident of a restricted country (as defined in our Compliance Policy).
Complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) or Know Your Business (KYB) verification process.
Ensure that the information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.
3. Services Provided
Hexbit is a multi-chain RWA (Real World Asset) exchange and financial services platform that enables users to:
Trade cryptocurrencies, tokenized assets, and RWA-backed assets.
Deposit and withdraw fiat currencies (e.g., USD, EUR) in compliance with VASP regulations.
Utilize secure custodial and non-custodial wallet services.
Additional services, including staking, OTC trading, and institutional liquidity solutions, may be provided.
4. Compliance & Regulatory Requirements
Hexbit operates under VASP (Virtual Asset Service Provider) licenses in multiple jurisdictions, including the EU.
KYC/KYB Verification: All users must complete identity verification in accordance with AML laws.
Transaction Monitoring: We monitor transactions to prevent illicit activities, including money laundering and terrorism financing.
Sanctions & Restrictions: Users from OFAC-sanctioned countries or high-risk jurisdictions are prohibited from using Hexbit’s services.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
Supported Currencies: Hexbit supports deposits and withdrawals in both fiat (USD, EUR) and digital assets.
Processing Times: Deposit and withdrawal times vary depending on the method and verification level (e.g., T+0, T+1).
Fees: Applicable fees are transparently displayed before each transaction.
6. Trading Rules
Orders must comply with Hexbit’s Exchange Trading Rules (available separately).
Market Manipulation: Activities such as wash trading, spoofing, and front-running are strictly prohibited.
Leverage & Margin Trading: Hexbit may offer leveraged trading in compliance with applicable regulations.
7. Security Measures
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is required for account access.
Cold & Hot Wallets: Hexbit adopts Safeheron MPC (Multi-Party Computation) for secure custody of digital assets.
Withdrawal Protection: Certain withdrawals may require additional verification (e.g., SMS/email confirmation).
8. Risk Disclosure
Trading cryptocurrencies and RWAs involves significant risks, including market volatility and liquidity risks. Hexbit does not provide financial or investment advice.
9. Termination & Account Suspension
Hexbit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that:
Violate these Terms or compliance policies.
Engage in fraudulent or suspicious activities.
Are flagged for regulatory non-compliance.
Users may request account closure, subject to outstanding obligations being settled.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in GRUDZIĄDZ, in accordance with applicable laws.
We may update these Terms periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of Hexbit constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
